Screening Service

We offer a unique DITI service to horse owners, vets, trainers and equine professionals. We only use MHRA approved medical screening devices that are designed specifically for veterinary and medical testing. We can provide you with accurate and objective results that will assist  diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.

Our service is 100% safe, completely non-invasive and we come to you. Screening tests can take between 15 minutes to an hour depending on what information is needed and involves a non-contact examination using a medical DITI system.

The results that we provide are interpreted by our team of vets and physicians that are also trained veterinary thermologists. Our systems are used to look for more than just ‘hot spots’, with accuracy down to 0.01°C extremely accurate and objective results are produced. 

Your report will include objective opinion, recommendation and information that will be helpful to you and your treating physician. We archive all results and thermograms in our medical system for future analysis and treatment.

We can help you to:

• Diagnose and locate soft tissue injuries
• Define the extent of a lesion of which a diagnosis has previously been made
• Localize an abnormal area not previously identified, so further diagnostic tests can be performed
• Detect early lesions and disease before they are clinically evident
• Monitor the healing process before your horse is returned to training

We offer a range of DITI screenings from dental to full body health checks. The type of screening your horse will require is dependent on history and current symptoms; this will be discussed with one of our Thermographers.
