Screening Price List

Screening prices start from as little as £85 including a full report from our team of vets. If you are not sure which type of screening your horse needs, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will always make sure that DITI is the correct application for your horse.

As DITI is a test over time it can be a very cost effective way to monitor your horse's health. All our screenings are archived for future analysis and can be used to review a number of conditions.

Region of interest scan: £85 - £145

This type of screening is suitable for small areas of interest such as monitoring tendon or ligament injuries. This scan is also used when monitoring the horse’s response to treatment or for horses in regular competition. Professional yards also use this method of screening to locate possible lower limb fractures.

Half Body screening: £240

For example: Suspected hind limb injury. This would mean we would screen the spine, hind limbs, hips and hooves to collect the information needed.

Full Body Screening: £420

A full body DITI scan will provide you with accurate information about every area of the horse, including any subtle or sub-clinical inflammation, infection, joint dysfunction, musculoskeletal problems or nerve injuries. If you are finding it difficult to locate the problem or you are concerned about multiple issues this will probably be the correct test for your horse. A full body scan is the most thorough test we can offer and provides you and your veterinary professionals with maximum information. Included in a full body scan is also dental screening and saddle testing.

For full body scans we do not charge travel costs.

Rehabilitation:

Equiscan work with many professionals and rehabilitation centres, we can put a discounted screening package together for your horse when multiple scans are needed.
