Equine DITI Service

We offer a unique Equine thermography service to horse owners, vets, trainers and equine professionals. We provide you with accurate and objective results, which will assist diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation. Equiscan DITI is now used by many horse owners and equine professionals throughout the UK and Ireland and is 100% safe and completely non-invasive. Our screening procedure is performed in your horses stable and can take five minutes to one hour depending on what information is needed. We provide full body, half body and saddle imaging along with simple region of interest scans. The type of screening your horse will require is dependent on history and current symptoms; this will be discussed with one of our Veterinary Thermographers.

Results

The results that we provide are interpreted & reported by our team of Vets & Physicians that are also specially trained veterinary thermologists. Reports will include objective opinion, recommendation and information that will be helpful to you and you're treating physician, we also archive all results and thermograms in our medical system for future analysis and treatment. Once you receive your DITI results we aim to work alongside you and your veterinary practitioner. Depending on your results, your first point of contact will be with either your vet or other trained health care professional.

Aftercare starts as soon as your report is completed. We will contact you to discuss your results and forward all information via medical server to your chosen physician. We can also arrange for your vet to discuss the results with Equiscan's reporting vet. If they are not familiar with medical DITI, we will forward them all the necessary information.

Equiscan already works with many equine professionals that use our service on a regular basis. The DITI results that you receive are designed to assist in diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation.
