Equine Buying And Selling Examinations
A veterinary DITI (Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging) examination as part of your veterinary pre-purchase report will provide accurate information about every area of the horse in question, including any subtle or sub-clinical inflammation, infection, joint dysfunction, musculoskeletal problems or nerve injuries. DITI can show areas of potential problems that justify additional veterinary testing or evaluation for the horse's suitability for intended use.
The long term cost of keeping a horse whether it be for pleasure or competition can far exceed the initial purchase price. Information about the horse from the outset will enable you to work with what is found rather than wait for a problem to develop. If you have already had your horse screened with us you can also pass reports and data on to the new owner and veterinarian.
