Equiscan has successfully developed into a National service from our base in Cheshire. We are the only Company to provide Veterinary DITI using MHRA registered class one medical grade devices, which have been designed & built specifically for physiological testing. Our systems have been approved for use in every medical application, including the NHS. Equiscan provide the veterinary industry with all aspects of Thermology from our screening services and systems to training and research.

The DITI screening service that we provide is carried out by ACCT (American College of Clinical Thermography) & BCVT (British College of Veterinary Thermography) trained Veterinary Thermographers. They collect, prepare & correlate all necessary data that is needed for interpretation. This is forwarded to our veterinary physicians who have had extensive training and experience working with DITI and the latest thermographic data software. Physicians are accredited Board Certified Thermologists whose aim is to provide accurate & objective results in the form of interpreted veterinary reports to assist clinical evaluation.

We originally developed from our International associate Meditherm who bring over 30 years of clinical research and the experience needed to run a successful DITI practice. Being a part of Meditherm’s International team has given us the skills needed to provide an imaging service that contributes useful results relating to difficult to diagnose conditions associated with physiological dysfunction. We deliver clinical DITI results that are not available from other anatomical tests like x-ray, ultrasound, MRI or Scintigraphy. When used and interpreted correctly this simple test of physiology can help to fill the gap in veterinary diagnosis.
